Conpotech was founded in 2008 and has been supporting the Korean Government by its implementation of a Pay as you throw (PAYT) system to cope with the increasing amounts of food waste. We are proud to claim to be the leading company in smart RFID food waste disposal systems with a market share of 40% and have currently over 19`000 installed devices all over Korea.
Our product portfolio consists of smart RFID food waste disposal systems which charge by disposed food waste amount (Pay as you throw - PAYT). Additionally, integrated ICT technology enables real time monitoring of user data (e.g. disposed amount, charged fee) in apartment complexes where our devices are installed. We also offer other systems for households which handle food waste conveniently before bad odor occurs and help to keep the kitchen clean & free of germs.
